TOTAL BODY PILATES
The antidote to desk work!
Wednesdays 1.15pm - 2.05pm
MATWORK PILATES
Beginner - Intermediate
Wednesdays 3.00pm - 3.55pm
This class is currently full and only open to existing clients
FITNESS PILATES
Trains the body as an integrated whole
Wednesdays 6 - 6.50pm
Wednesdays 7 - 7.50pm
