PILATES CLASSES TO SUPPORT AN ACTIVE LIFESTYLE
Pilates trains the body as an integrated whole, focusing on core, lower body and upper body strength, flexibility as well as posture.

The classes
TOTAL BODY PILATES
A strength and stretch flow class for the whole body
Wednesdays 1.15pm - 2.05pm
Wednesdays 5.30 - 6.20pm
MATWORK PILATES
Beginner - Intermediate
Wednesdays 3.00pm - 3.55pm
PILATES WITH (OPTIONAL) WEIGHTS
A flow class for the whole body with the option to use hand held weights for many of the exercises
Wednesdays 6.30 - 7.20pm
